Strengthening System Responses to Child Sexual Exploitation

Children and young people in residential care face increased vulnerability to child sexual exploitation (CSE), highlighting the need for informed, coordinated and compassionate responses.

Join us for an upcoming online session exploring insights from a two-phase study with residential care practitioners in Queensland. This research examines how training influences practice and the systemic factors that shape responses to CSE.

Presenters will share key findings and practical insights on workforce capability, training effectiveness, and the system factors shaping outcomes for children and young people.

The session will also highlight opportunities to strengthen collaboration, improve training approaches, and support better system responses.
